FAQ Subscriptions

When you purchase the product subscription, you are consenting to receive a regular shipment every 30 days of the chosen products. No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription anytime from the ‘My Account’ page.

*You can easily change the frequency you receive your orders.
Follow these steps to begin the product subscription:

• Find an eligible product on WorldCondoms store.
• Select the ‘Subscribe’ option and set your preferred quantity.
• Place your order as usual.

After you have placed an order, you will receive a subscription activation letter to the email you provided for the purchase. You can customize and update your subscription settings anytime from ‘My Account’ page.
Yes. You can easily change the frequency you receive your orders. Simply log in to your account at WorldCondoms and update your subscription settings in your dashboard.
Your card will be charged at checkout for your first order, and again each time a subsequent order is processed for dispatch. This depends on the frequency of your subscription. For example, if you choose 30 days, you will be charged every 30 days to your chosen payment method. You will receive an upcoming charge notification 3 days before your card is charged for renewal.
Currently, we are only able to offer a limited selection of product subscriptions on WorldCondoms. When a product is eligible for a subscription, you will see a ‘Subscribe’ selection available. However, if you are interested in subscribing to a product not currently available on subscription, please reach out to our support team by email at support@worldcondoms.com.
Yes. Within your account, you can skip or unskip any upcoming orders. If you skip your subscription, we will suspend your future delivery, but save your account information.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time within your account. If you would rather slow your shipments without canceling, you can also choose to skip a month.
Subscription products follow the same return policy as non-subscription items. You can return your item back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange in its original, unused condition.
